Shipping & Return Policy  

Domestic Shipping Policies

Most orders are shipped FedEX or UPS Ground and are normally shipped on a same day basis if received by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time. UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day, UPS Saturday, UPS 3-Day and Federal Express services are available upon request for additional charges. Additional shipping charges may apply; all shipping prices quoted are estimated until actual time of pick up.  Once your order ships, we will contact you with the tracking number. Damaged merchandise must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date with a RA#. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. Credit Card orders must be shipped to address of Credit Card holder unless otherwise approved by PWC Muscle.  Special Order items, including but not limited to Hydro-Turf, AquaCarts, custom superchargers, etc, may take up to an additional 7 days to ship.  Shipments are also commonly a day or two behind in the summer months.

Insurance and Lost Packages

PWCMuscle will work their best to assist with lost or severely damaged packages, however, we highly recommend adding insurance to your orders.  This figures into an extra 3% and can be added after your purchase.  Please reply to your emailed receipt indicating you would like insurnace added and we will send you a paypal invoice. Once packages have left our location, they are the sole responsibility of the carrier, and no longer covered by, or the responsibility of, PWC Muscle.  Customers must speak directly with the carrier for any lost or damaged packages.  We will help with additional discounts on replacements for any lost or damaged packages, but it is up to the carrier to replace the items and is not the responsiblity of PWC Muscle.

International Shipping Policies

As with our domestic policies, most orders are shipped UPS/USPS or FedEx.  In addition to above, International customers with orders over $400 are required to pay by either bank wire or a verified Paypal account.  This greatly reduces fraud and keeps both us and our customers safe.  Our International shipping rates very greatly depending on the destination country, size/weight of package, and time of year.  Please contact us directly for an accurate quote.  If you are overcharged for shipping by our system, we will review and refund you the difference.  We ship international, but the customer is the importer of the items and responsible for all duty/tax/importation fees, or additional paperwork required.


Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the box. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints etc.) Please note the original packaging is not intended for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be packed inside of a shipping box. Returns using the original packaging box as a shipment box will be rejected. All sales are final after 20 working days from the reveiving date. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns. Returns on items that had free shipping are subject to additional shipping charges. Items returned with damage or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools or special order items (ie; Hydro Turf, CanDooPro, AquaCarts).  A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns.

Policy on Special Order Items

Unfortunately, we cannot return special order items. This includes, but is not limited to, all Hydro Turf mat kits (except black, without PSA), or any AquaCarts. This is a policy set in place by the manufacturers.

Your order will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
